The ultimate in fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) door systems. Our fiberglass doors are built beautifully. Attractive, high performance frp door systems are totally sealed, impervious to moisture, gases and resistant to corrosives. They are lightweight but extremely strong, and ideal for heavy duty applications.

Our door systems have the exact dimensional equivalents of hollow metal doors and are indistinguishable from hollow metal in appearance but are superior in application. Products are design to use standard door hardware without modification or additional reinforcement at hinge, lockset or closer, and are available in all standard door schedules.

All products are delivered with a quality primed finish or your choice of 10 standard color finishes. The selected solvent-based, waterborne topcoats are chosen for their chemical protection, color stability, durability and long-term aesthetic appeal. Fiberglass door systems are installed by exactly the same procedures as hollow metal door systems.

Each panel is automatically cut to specified lengths after leaving the die. There are NO side seams and NO chance of delamination on our standard door sizes. Top and bottom rails are FRP pultrusions, structurally bonded and fully sealed. All doors feature closed cell rigid foam completely encapsulated with resin-saturated continuous strand fiberglass mat. They have specially designed finish for adhesion, toughness and chemical resistance superior to polyester gel-coat finishes.

Resin-saturated reinforcements, basically consisting of glass roving, continuous strand mats and other proprietary fibers, envelop a foam core center and are continuously pulled, under great pressure, through a heated die. The FRP skins are 1/8" thick. The stiles are 1/2" to 9/16" thick, making it possible to prep for hinges at any location along the stile without the risk of weakness or delamination.
